At Denco Diesel and Turbo, we stand by the quality of our diesel components and turbochargers, providing a straightforward return process for items in original, uninstalled condition. If your purchase does not meet your requirements, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and part details to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all gaskets, seals, and documentation are included, then pack it inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the parcel via a trackable courier service to our central distribution facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the component to verify its condition; approved returns will be processed for a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
